Platform
A marketplace on top of a 14-year platform
Bid Capsule adds the auction, the matching and the settlement. Everything under it, delivery, verification, consent, portals, billing and reporting, is Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule doing what they have done since 2012.
The engine
Proxy Auction with Clearing Price
Buyers enter the most they will pay, not what they expect to pay. The auction settles at the clearing price, so a winner is charged what it took to beat the next bid. Change a bid and every match it touches re-settles immediately, before the next lead arrives.
Exclusivity Tiers
The vendor declares two things: how many companies will hold the lead in total, and how many of those sales are ours to make. A semi exclusive lead may be capped at one sale here, with the vendor placing the other two with their own buyers. Buyers see the true tier, not just our share of it, and the platform enforces the cap rather than promising it.
Age Windows and Caps
Buy real-time only, or set minimum and maximum lead age in minutes or days to target aged inventory precisely. Cap volume hourly, daily, weekly and monthly, and spend on the same periods, so a good day never drains a balance faster than you meant it to.
Traffic and Ad Auction
Pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll video, banners across the standard sizes, and text links. Publishers create a slot and drop in a tag, in script, JSON or VAST, and every impression runs its own auction. Billing follows the offer type, CPM on the impression and CPC on the click, with CPA and CPL available too, and the winning advertiser's prepaid balance draws down automatically.
The Aged Lead Store
Vendors upload aged and unsold data they are holding, and leads sold through the auction join it automatically once their exclusivity window lapses. Both earn a revenue share with nothing to re-list or re-price. We set the price points, banded by vertical, times sold and data age, so older and more-worked records are not lumped in with fresher ones.
PingPickPost & One-to-One Consent
Ping multiple buyers, let the consumer pick who may contact them, then post to that buyer only. Consent and delivery name the same company by construction rather than by paperwork afterwards.
Call Transfers
Inbound calls trade like any other inventory. Route a caller through a scripted IVR, collect digits, record the call, enforce a minimum duration to qualify the transfer, then dial the winning buyer. Sold on the same auction and settled on the same ledger.
CRM Seats
No CRM? Not a reason to stay out of the market. Choose Lead Capsule CRM as your delivery method and funding your first bid provisions you a seat free, with leads routed straight to you as the named agent. Teams working leads in house can add more, at a per-seat price that steps down as the desk grows.
Transparent Fee, Escrow and Payouts
The buy side is prepaid throughout: no invoicing, no net terms, no credit. A bid runs on its funded balance and stops when it is spent. Sellers are paid the clearing price less the processing margin, released after the escrow window on a set payout day each week. So sellers are only ever delivering to buyers whose money is already on the platform. The processing margin sits inside the bid but is published, not hidden, and Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule customers trade at a lower rate.
One Portal, Every Role
Client, vendor, affiliate and advertiser used to mean four separate portals. The Partner Portal shows whichever of those apply to you in one place, with a dashboard of KPI tiles you choose, drag into order and keep.
Your safety net
Filled or Refunded
Prepaying into a marketplace is only reasonable if the money comes back when the market cannot deliver. Set a window when you fund a bid, from three days upward. If we have not found you a seller by the end of it, your deposit is returned automatically. You do not have to ask, and you do not have to argue.
Told When Your Market Moves
We ask which verticals and traffic types you work in for a reason. When a new seller starts publishing in a vertical you buy, or a new buyer starts bidding in one you sell, you hear about it. In a market that is still filling out, knowing the moment your counterparty arrives is worth more than any dashboard.
Alerts and Lead Returns
You are told when it matters: outbid, auto-bid escalated, cap reached, funding running low, lead delivered. And when a lead is genuinely bad, the buyer returns it and the seller accepts or declines, with both sides notified. A disagreement is a process here, not a phone call.
Verification Before Sale
Phone, email, address and IP checks run through Targus, eBureau and Xverify before inventory routes, so buyers bid on records that have already been checked and sellers are not defending unverified data after the sale.
