Ad Marketplace

Video, banner and text positions auctioned on every impression, with one tag covering script, JSON and VAST.

Bid Capsule is a two-sided marketplace built as a layer over Lead Capsule and Offer Capsule, running three markets: leads, advertising positions, and redirect and pop traffic. Sellers set the price they will accept, buyers bid, and a proxy auction settles at the clearing price. Signing up is free, the buy side is prepaid, and the processing fee sits inside the buyer's bid.

Advertising positions, auctioned per impression

The ad marketplace trades placements: a pre-roll, mid-roll or post-roll slot in a video, a banner position on a page, or a text link. Publishers create the position and drop in a tag; advertisers bid for it; and the auction runs on every impression rather than on a block booked in advance.

This is a different product from redirect and pop traffic, which is why it has its own market. An advertiser buying a position cares about format, placement and audience. A traffic buyer cares about sessions and sources. Mixing the two only obscures both.

Buying

For Ad Buyers

Bid on video, banner and text positions, priced on CPM, CPC, CPA or CPL. Target by traffic type, source and geography, cap spend, and buy the placements next to the leads they feed.

Selling

For Ad Sellers

Create a position, paste one tag, and let every impression find its own price. No insertion orders, no direct sales, no chasing a media buyer for payment.

Formats

  • Video: pre-roll, mid-roll and post-roll, delivered by VAST into any standard player.
  • Display: banner positions across the standard size range.
  • Text links.

One tag covers all of it, rendering as script, JSON or VAST depending on where it runs, so a publisher integrates once rather than per format.

Settlement

Advertisers are prepaid and every won impression or click draws the balance down. Publishers receive the clearing price less the marketplace margin, released on a set day each week after the escrow window. There is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase.
